A global social agreement for all Eramet employees

By joining Eramine, you become part of an international group! The signing of the Eramet Global Care agreement between employee representatives in the main countries where the Group is established and Eramet’s Management in 2024 is a proof of the quality and dynamics of the social dialogue within the company. The agreement establishes a common level of coverage including death insurance, healthcare and prevention, maternity leave and working conditions for women.

Eramet is the first mining group to have negotiated this type of agreement that gives concrete expression to our commitment in the “Act for Positive Mining” roadmap.

Launched in 2024, Eramet’s new employer brand “The New Face of Mining” showcases the pride for its industrial roots and its commitment to responsible mining while highlighting the importance of mining and metals in the energy transition.
