  • Accessibility: Available to all Eramet Eramine employees and external stakeholders.
  • Confidentiality: Alerts can be submitted anonymously; investigations follow a highly confidential procedure.
  • Impartiality: Every report is handled with impartiality rigor to ensure accuracy and fairness in the process.
  • Requirements: Reports must be supported by facts, information, or documents to enable discussion with the Ethics and Compliance Officer.
  • Follow-up: Necessary investigations are conducted to verify the facts, and corrective measures are taken when required.
