At Eramine, business and stakeholders relations are based on a strong ethic, detailed in the Eramet’s Ethics Charter. We managed to build a bond of mutual trust and respect among our teams, contractors, and all our stakeholders. Trust, integrity, and transparency are part of the company’s values. In line with these values, we implement an anti-corruption program to promote transparency in our operations, and to create a culture of compliance and risk management.

Report misconduct

The system to report and alert about ethics and compliance issues is available to all Eramine employees, and also to the stakeholders with which we work.

The alert can be anonymous, and once received, an investigation is initiated to verify the facts, following a highly confidential procedure to ensure the impartiality and the accuracy of the reporting process. Finally, the necessary measures are taken to solve the situation.

The report must be supported by facts, information, or documents, however they are communicated, in order to enable discussion with the Ethics and Compliance Officer.

The Compliance Officer and the Group’s ethics expert will guarantee complete confidentiality to the whistleblower and ensure the impartiality and rigor of the report’s management process. They will proceed with the necessary investigations to verify the facts and, if necessary, take measures to address the situation.

We have a Regional Ethics and Compliance Officer, who acts under the authority and delegation of the Ethics and Compliance Department of the Eramet group, whose mission is to strengthen our culture of integrity in our operations.
